Bridgewater Bistro (Astoria) - Sushi Nights are back on the 4th Wednesday of each month from 5-8pm! By popular demand we will continue the long tradition of Sushi Nights which began at The Shoalwater. Executive Chef Red Pelletier trained with sushi masters in Florida before coming to the Northwest, and our new Chef de Cuisine Sean Whittaker got his sushi training at Snowbird Ski Resort in Park City, Utah. The menu will include sushi rolls, assorted nigiri and sashimi, edamame, sunomono salad, and a few surprises for the folks who'd prefer tempura or teriyaki to sushi.
